They had one job, with low expectations on my end, put 50 roses in a vase and tell me when they are delivered. 2 hours after I’m told they were delivered, I have to spoil the surprise and ask my wife if she gut her flowers. Best laid plans. I guess they were cheaper for a reason.
I had a terrible experience with BloomNation and will never order from them again. The flowers arrived wilted and in awful condition, and to make matters worse, they died the very next day! The vase they came in looked like it had been reused—it even had scotch tape holding the lid in place. It was incredibly disappointing, especially since I expected better for the price I paid. We sincerely do not recommend connecting your store to this platform! Our experience with this platform has been shockingly poor. We were assured that the $300 monthly fee covered all costs, only to later discover additional 10-25% commissions on every order. Since joining in April, we’ve received only 11 orders — far too few to justify these fees. Despite raising these issues multiple times, the platform has done nothing to address them. This company is fraudulent. I have a flower business and they took advantage of me. I was ignorant of how they worked. They set me on a contract that I was not aware about. They took almost 400$ a month to help me bring customers and in the first 3 months I got not one. I decided to not pay them any more and they just called me for money and didn’t try to help just called me to pay them for something I never received.
