Thank you Adam and technicians that worked on our new Subaru. It was a minor repair that involved a swap out of a tire that we needed quickly and they were able to get it done super fast. I am also appreciative of the service that we have received both buying the car and taking care of it so far. It has made the overall car owning experience much better. I have never serviced my vehicle here but I would avoid buying parts here. One can get them cheaper at most other local Subaru dealerships and save a considerable amount of money on basic or moderate DIY maintenance. Their online buying process is to have the parts sent to them and then they send you the parts. There is no local pickup, according to the parts person I spoke with on the phone who admitted to not knowing how the online ordering worked.
