I have never serviced my vehicle here but I would avoid buying parts here. One can get them cheaper at most other local Subaru dealerships and save a considerable amount of money on basic or moderate DIY maintenance. Their online buying process is to have the parts sent to them and then they send you the parts. There is no local pickup, according to the parts person I spoke with on the phone who admitted to not knowing how the online ordering worked. I purchased a 2020 Outback Premium from another dealer in Iowa and there were issues with it as soon as I received it. So I brought it in here for a full used vehicle inspection. My Advisor, Michael Dao, was excellent from start to finish. He listened to my concerns, had his team thoroughly document their findings, quickly fix the problems, and helped me to understand the nuances and features of my Outback (1st-time owner). Really depends on which service advisor you get. You can get a 5 star one or a 1 star one. Had a service advisor charge me a full milestone service when the actual work done was an oil change and tire rotation. Didn’t provide any estimate before hand and told me it was more expensive because the inspection they did was more involved than the free one would have been; complete bs.
