The care my father in law received here was absolutely excellent. The recovery from his stroke at 87yrs old is truly remarkable and that is 100% because of the staff and program. The facility itself is clean and comfortable, and his room was well equipped and large! The Occupational therapist, physical therapist, speech therapist, case manager and all of the staff including the front desk were all so supportive, kind, and efficient. Good Luck to You All I've Called Few Times in over a wk No Answers in Rm Even Different Times .. I've Been in there Couple Times No Phone Within Reach for My Relative to Get to Phone.. First wk there was when called since live out of town was asked does my relative have cell phone...?! Sry but my relative don't use a cellphone since 90 yrs old.. Also Be- a - were of 2visit rule if visiting from out of town .. I was told from IU Hospital that this place encountered families..
Would never go to this place again. I checked in late in the evening and they were very slow about the process. I had recently had back surgery and when putting me into the bed, they twisted my back. I suffered excruciating pain. They had not even check my chart to see what my condition was before doing that. While lying there in pain, they brought the rest of the admitting paperwork for me to sign to be treated! Very unprofessional in my opinion.

My husband was in this facility for 3 weeks after a stroke that affected his left side and is currently continuing outpatient physical and occupational therapy 2 - 3 times a week. While in the facility all staff were kind, courteous and professional. The food was surprisingly good he said. I appreciated being able to eat dinner with him every night on the patio.
