Do you do business with them? Really, it's anybody's guess. If you call after receiving a bill you didn't expect... expect this... they will transfer you through the ranks and push any questions about your bill back to OSF and not provide you with anything. Go anywhere else.
The first time I heard about a balance owed/bill was a call from a collection agency. I have had the same phone number, address, and job for a long period of time and I never heard from them about a balance owed from a preventative test 60-days earlier. I paid the bill immediately and the debt collector agreed not to report it on my credit file but this place has to be intentionally parking bills for some type of gain.
Our professional office has worked with Bloomington Radiology for quite a long time, even preceding my practicing in Blo-No. They have always been really easy to work with. We collaborate with them on multiple research studies to get required radiology done in a timely efficient and cost-effective manner an they always meet and exceed expectations, including getting their techs to certify in the training we require, depending on the study. As a provider I appreciate the detailed reports and the willingness of the radiologists to discuss the results personally over the phone.
Super nice staff, quick and easy procedure. The staff was super great with physical discomfort and anxiety around the procedure.
