We traveled to purchase a VW EV from this dealership. The experience was great. Annie is top notch. She is well informed and the process went smooth. Mike too put a smile on my face. Pleasant sales with no pressure. I will recommend Annie and Mike. Also I left with a Mercedes!!! Ink pen. Hats off to the great staff here.
Bought 5 cars from them. Had my Jetta (purchased new from them) towed in last Tuesday and it's been sitting ever since. They never looked at it and still waiting on a human to call me back. All you get after you buy a car is voicemails and they don't respond. I went ahead and bought new from Sam Lemans. They were more than happy to take care of a customer. They lost a great customer.
I sent in my information and was told my warranty was in the process of being cancelled and to allow 12 weeks for the refund. I call after 10 weeks and find out NOTHING was done with my application and I had to contact the warranty group to find out they had done nothing. Once the individual handling warranties was called about it, she refused to speak with me and said it was sent to the general manager who would reach out. No one has called and I have called twice to connect. This is unacceptable.
Great selection
Dan helped me get my dream car! Very trustworthy and answered all my questions! Better experience than I could’ve imagined!
