This place will take your money from you: I had a four night stay in June. They charged me a no show fee on night one even though we were there. They told me it would be refunded in 3 days. Upon checkout it was then 7-14 days. The booking company, and OYO told me the hotel had my money. There is no phone number to call hotel directly so I’m out $160. Turned up with a booking with Expedia which was a guaranteed rate, pay on arrival. The desk guy changed the room type as we had an accessible room and didn’t need one and then i was asked to put my card in to pay. There was no price on the screen but as we’d been travelling for 20 hours, i didn’t check. However when he gave me the reservation document to sign there was no price either. so i enquired and he said $861. We’d booked at $298. DO NOT STAY HERE they checked me in and an hour later told me to leave I was literally asleep and it was 12 noon they literally stole my money DO NOT STAY HERE the police showed said it was a civil matter and trespassed me FOR NO REASON the owner also owns days inn next door and she kept calling me curse words and I just stood there MORTIFIED that they actually speak to customers this way just WOW
