My friend that is a veteran came there to see a Dr. He was told that he had a little something in his chest and was prescribed " musinex and nasal spray" Which never came by mail. 2 days later he was worse, Went to hospital got X-ray Double Pneumonia!!! They are lucky nothing happened to him or there would of been a good lawsuit These are Veterans that fought for our country and you treat them like there 2nd class! Horrible place and he almost died!
Veterans Out patient Clinic is the First stop light West of interstate i-69 on State highway 46 traveling East. Last stop light East of Ellitsville, Indiana on highway 46, turn West of that intersection the clinic is on top of hill. Northwest corner of the highway 46 intersection.
Mine is same complaint as most others. Answer the dang phone. When you're open answer the phone! You want people to call you with issues yet you refuse to hold up your end by answering the call. And just now watched the girl be completely disrespectful to a 70 year old vet. They need reminded of who they serve and show some damn respect.
