Mine is same complaint as most others. Answer the dang phone. When you're open answer the phone! You want people to call you with issues yet you refuse to hold up your end by answering the call. And just now watched the girl be completely disrespectful to a 70 year old vet. They need reminded of who they serve and show some damn respect.
I went in to have my CPAP Machine report printed out as it's required for my Dot Physical. Something I've done every year. Yet my latest visit the woman at the desk tries to tell me that they don't do that there. When I tried to explain to her that it's been done every year prior, she called me a liar in front of everyone. Great way to treat your veterans.
Can’t explain the behavior of my caretaker. They just stop , and the next protocol is you do this! With anyone explaining what they just failed at because they have no desire to help , just follow protocol! So confused by such behavior, we are human , not hogs n cattle ! Dad
3-31-25 the doctor and everyone were very nice and concerned. Asked questions and talked a long time. This was my yearly physical. I did expect to be checked out from head to toe but I guess she did what was necessary
