Disappointing experience. Made an appointment for repair 4 days in advance. On the day of the appointment the office called and asked for the model number because the technician only fixes certain types of Kenmore appliances, I happily obliged. They indicated the tech would arrive between 5pm and 7pm. I called the office at 6pm asking for an update as no tech had called or arrived, they said the tech would call if they are running late or unable to arrive. No tech called or arrived. They answered the phone without a hold time. That's where the positive review ends. :(. Rude on the phone. Fee of $65 to give me a quote for washer repairs at my home. Couldn't even give me an idea of costs to compare with other companies. :(
