Dismissive vibe, felt like I was being rushed through. The receptionist is pleasant and is the reason for the two stars.
I had such a great experience! Katie and Thai did my nails and gel pedicure, and they both did an amazing job. They were very professional, gentle, and detail-oriented. I’m so happy with how everything turned out. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
I can’t say enough good things about this nail salon. The service is truly exceptional every single time. The owner, Kim, and her sister, Hahn, go so far above and beyond for their clients. During my visit I mentioned I would love a Pepsi, and Kim literally walked to the store to get me one. I felt so bad when I realized she actually went out to get it because I never expected that level of kindness, but it just shows how much they genuinely care about their customers. Amazing services, excellent attention to detail. Tina is amazing and so is Lisa, I had the most relaxing experience with an incredible pedicure by Marissa, she is lovely. 10/10 would recommend.
