I’m honestly very disappointed with their customer service. The nails I got done are nice and all, but the way the ladies treat their clients is a no no, which is why I give it a 3. I had wanted a certain design and ended up having to pick a more simple one, because the lady who was attending me couldn’t do it or didn’t want to. I have been here twice now and I can’t say enough good things about these great ladies! Chloe is absolutely amazing she did an ombré on my nails and they are absolutely beautiful!! The lady that did my friends nails was also amazing!! It’s our new spot! We got the gel-x so much better than acrylic

Bloomingnail’s is my absolute favorite! The environment is so relaxing, clean, and beautifully designed. The staff are kind & professional, and genuinely care about making sure you leave feeling pampered. They offer so many amazing services beyond just nails — the head spa was my absolute favorite. My scalp felt refreshed, my hair looked healthier, and I left feeling like all my stress had melted away. Can’t wait to go back!

I love this salon it is the best salon in all of Petaluma and trust me I have been to many of them. The owner Kim is a very astute and intelligent business owner. She listens to the clients and she's interested in their input about the services and she cares about giving good quality service to her clients. All of the estheticians are professional kind and sincere people. It is enjoyable to go to the spa which has wonderful chairs and enjoy a pedicure. I highly recommend this business.
