We have lived at Bloomingdale Terrace for two years and have loved it. It has always been very quiet and the grounds have always been well maintained. We’ve never had issues with the office or staff. They have always been kind and helpful. The only reason we are leaving is because we are buying a house. The only thing left to experience is the move out process which I expect will be smooth like everything else has been but will update if there’s any need to.
Definitely loved the tenants but Management was terrible was at all of ccs management properties some are better most are worse hate that the tenants have to see new maintenance people every other month
