I scheduled an appointment with these people (Dr Devine) for my son - I had to wait 90 days for an opening. On the day of the appointment, I arrived promptly at our appointed time of 4:00. I was immediately and rudely informed that I was late. I replied that I thought the time was 4:00 and I am heren now at 4:00. The curt woman behind the counter informed me I was to be there 30 mins early to fill out paperwork. I told her I was never told. Yes Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did this provider give the impression that they cared about your concerns? Yes

Was this provider compassionate to you and your situation? Not at all Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? No Did this Provider let you know upfront what the approximate cost of the services would be? No Was the personalities of the staff well suited to a holistic approach to care? The staff could have done a lot more to create a welcoming atmosphere. Did you feel that your visit with the provider was time well spent? Not really

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Did this psychologist have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes
