I was going to leave a simple one-star review to express my frustration with this pathetic excuse for a company. But after the owner had the audacity to call me and threaten to withhold service just because I left them one-star, I felt the need to warn others. I believe this was the fifth time they sent someone out to "fix" my supposedly new heating system. If you actually want heat in the winter, stay far away from this business. I used Bloomingdale heating and Air, End of July to install furnace, AC and thermostat, recommended by my neighbor while I already talked to 2 other contractors. They divided the quote in 3 tiers, mention all the available rebates and help choose what fits us. I checked with my neighbor, research in the Lennox site and went with best option suggested. They are not really open 24/7. Spoke with someone who seemed to be some sort of call center. They said I would get a call back in 5-10 minutes. Going on an hour.
Used them today and they sent someone over within an hr. Gentleman was very knowledgeable and had furnance up and running within the hr. Very affordable as well.
