EDIT: I took off a star because I just found out I was lied to about the ‘minor’ part I needed for the wipers. The shop manager said it was a $40 part. Turns out it’s over $600. So I’m pretty sure if they lied about that, they absolutely knew about the other issues. Be cautious is all I can say. And yes, I have a photo of THEIR shop computer showing the $40 part they told me the car needed. I’ve now spent almost what I paid for the car just to fix it for my kid. Why 3 stars? I drove 2 hours from Philly with my teenager to look at a 2008 mini cooper (red, her dream car). I had a great interaction with the staff here. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The carfax showed 1 owner, one minor fender bender and good maintenance records. Took the car for a short test drive, since I don’t know the area and didn’t want to get lost.
