Five stars all the way! As a new patient at Bloomingdale Smiles, I had an outstanding experience. At 62 years old, I can honestly say I have never had such a wonderful experience at a dentist’s office. Dr. Fayek Ahmad was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Having recently aged out of Star Smiles’ program next door, I was greeted with open arms coming here! The reception staff are absolute angels, and the doctor himself is great at what he does. He’s very attentive to patient comfort, and does what he can to ensure the least discomfort during procedures and evaluations. I got my permanent crown put in earlier today, and the process was quick but efficient. It fits perfectly in my mouth, though I have yet to see how it fits into my retainer!
