Blanch WAS the best in town. Beautiful designs, and treated everyone with the upmost respect and kindness where unfortunately another local flower shop in Beattyville had been disrespectful and refused to show empathy and kindness to a local.
Recently visited this shop and the owner is so nice. Her gift selection is beautiful and her flowers are top notch!
