Horrible snow removal!!!! Very slow to respond to issues. Hard to get any timely response. I would definitely look elsewhere!

We have been using Blooming for years. They have been a reliable partner, especially during a period where our family had to undergo an extensive renovation due to mold. I had a frozen pipe In my condo which could have led to a serious condition. Emily sent over a plumber within an hour. I can’t say enough about how quickly she responded.
Another problem with billing. They have charged me interest for a delinquent payment when it is not due until the 31st of December. I tried calling but was not able to leave a message. Sent an email to Emily and she forwarded it to Tom. Has not been removed from my account. Called Tom and left a voicemail. I guess this is a wait and see if it is going to be corrected. Emily has taken care of the problem. Thank goodness that they finally seem to have somone who knows how to do the job.
