Got a bouquet for an 80th birthday, it was beautiful, service was exceptional! Highly recommend!
I’ve only made a few purchases here, but the service has always been excellent. The communication is top notch and very efficient. The staff are kind, they listen carefully to my requests, and even when there was a small mistake, they took my words seriously and fixed the problem right away. That really showed how much they care about their customers. I feel valued every time and will definitely come back again!
Ordered some birthday flowers for my grandmother and she loved them! I called in advance to specify what time she would be home to receive them and they were very accommodating. I was also able to track the delivery on the day of. 100% recommend

Have been buying from this shop for months and overall quality and service were pretty good, one incident happened for this time's purchase, long story short, I wasn't satified with the design and the timing that the flower was made, however, customer service had a very good attitude towards my unsatisfaction, and the issue was resolved really fast with no further conflict. This is what's most important from my point of view cause everyone makes mistakes.
