Gave this place three tries; all three experiences were horrible. My last time resulted in both my toes gets fungal infection!
The staffs are very disrespectful. They thought no one understand what they said and talk shit behind the customers. When confronted with them, they would sugar coat what they meant. They do not respect customer’s choice and give negative comments in their language in front of the customers. Will not go back again for such bad mindset as a business.
I called for an appointment for a regular pedicure and a Powder Gel Manicure. I asked for an appointment. They said come in we can take you. I get there and wait 30 minutes for a pedicure. You get switched off for a Manicure . Also waited another 15 minutes because the person who does your pedicure doesn’t do your manicure so you have to wait for someone to become available.
