I have been coming to Blooming since they opened, the staff was always friendly and a good environment. Unfortunately I will not be coming back since the majority of their friendly staff is gone due to the new owner. She is not the most friendly and definitely does not have great customer service. She does not acknowledge customers who walk in and is always distracted. I had my nails done with her once and I had to remind her she had skipped a few nails when applying the gel polish.

The experience was wonderful. The staff is nice, kind, and supportive. Best place to relax and get your nail design done.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this nail salon in La Habra. The service was unprofessional and disrespectful from start to finish. The nail technician kept interrupting my appointment to fix her makeup, which felt highly inappropriate and unprofessional. Instead of focusing on their work, the staff spent most of the time talking among themselves, completely ignoring the customers.
