My appointment was at 9 am, I was the lady who did my toes first customer of the day...no one else waiting on her. Nonetheless, she rushed like crazy through the service. She was so rough in taking off the gel polish I already had and damaged my nail beds with the scraping. I've never had someone take off the gel so harshly. Second of all, the nail prep (the cuticle cleaning) was terrible. Not clean or precise AT ALL and it was painful. All I got was plain white gel toes and its somehow so bumpy. This place is awesome! I have made this my go to spot to get my gel manicure done. They are very kind and take their time to get your nails spot on! They do not disappoint!
Outstanding service everytime. My daughter is obsessed with this place. The staff is great and the owner Julie is a great and humble individual. 10/10 recommendation
I forgot to ask for the name of the gal that did such a great job on my nails. So meticulous and not rushed! I have wide nail beds so I get coffin to slim them out. normally this length looks bulby with coffin, but she made them look so good!
