10/10. Very thorough. Such a clean and cute environment. She’s super nice and makes sure she knows what your goals are. She checked in with me the whole time and made sure I was comfortable. I bought the 3 Brazilian wax Groupon deal and I’m very happy I did!

I booked a 90-mins facial & paid $4.72 for parking. The place didnt look hygienic. Kyah was polite but seemed inexperienced at facials. Her hand movements on face felt amateur & out of sync. After facial my eye concealer was still on, & there was allot of powdery residue of some product left on my face, skin didn’t feel moisturized, hydrated or even cleansed, I’m unsure what was even done. Overall I feel I wasted $62 — I see good reviews about their waxing, but they clearly don’t know anything about facials.

Listen Kim Is the bomb I haven’t had a wax in awhile and she made my experience very comfortable! The environment is so welcoming and clean! She made me a returning client.
