On New Year's Eve, I left a voice message. Mr. Wrice returned my call soon after. Though it was the holidays, he listened to my needs. I'm in Atlanta, and I needed flowers sent the next day (New Year's Day) in Walterboro, SC. Mr. Wrice sent me a picture of the floral arrangement they designed to be delivered to my family. I ordered a plant days in advance of a funeral to be delivered to the funeral home that is literally 1 minute away from the florist. I had great service on the phone and felt really good about my order. I had let them know I was calling from out of town. My mistake. I drove in from out of town and was shocked to see the plant I had ordered was not at the funeral home. Maybe they thought I wouldn't be there and notice?
