Phone conversation with Madge was professional and reassuring. Looking forward to handling any of their future wound care needs.
The RNs are incredibly kind and caring. The CNA Jennifer Sanchez was rude, condescending, lies and doesn’t show up for her scheduled days instead she goes to universal Studios. There is only one female CNA and apparently and it’s her or a male CNA. Such a shame that they can’t hire a reliable and kind female CNA.
