Blooming Hills Florist was absolutely fabulous! I am from Canada and I ordered flowers for a memorial service in California. I ordered them on a Saturday online for delivery on April 28. They called me first thing in the morning to advise that they didn’t have everything needed to fulfill my order because their delivery would not be in until much later (I had selected an arrangement with specialty flowers) and the would refund my money.
