The flowers delivered for the memorial service were beautiful and smelled nice, but were delivered 30 minutes later than scheduled, making us nervous if they would arrive in time. The flower display had a ribbon that was supposed to read “Beloved Grandmother,” but the words were written sloppily in Sharpee and misspelled, reading “Beloved Gradmother” so we had to tuck the ribbon behind the flowers. Wonderful florist! I sent flowers to a relative and they were beautiful, fresh, and on time for their birthday. They were thrilled with the arrangement.
UPDATING my review - received a call back and the person was apologetic and explained to me the delay in getting back to me
Ordered flowers for my baby momma and they never showed up. Been trying to contact them for 48 hours through email / phone calls and they are avoiding my complaint. do NOT buy flowers here its a venny scam
