Let me start by saying the flowers I received from my Blooming Gals were gorgeous and I am very happy with the way they turned out. With that being said, there were a few customer service issues that would prevent me from hiring them again. The first was that our delivery was missing three boutonnieres that we had paid for for the fathers and my grandfather. I decided to venture out and see other local florists in my area, because I have not been too happy with the one that I normally go too. I am very glad I did, I bought a floral arrangement for my mom for Valentine's day and it is gorgeous and best of all my Mom loves it too. It was called sangria nights, had purple with red rose's and was very full. I will definitely be buying more from here. When my sister died recently, there was a lot of confusion as three sisters travelled from different states. As a result, a mistake (on our part) was made when the order was placed. When I called the next morning to see if the order could be changed, the flowers had already arrived but the florist graciously agreed to make the change for us.
