I recently saw Nicole as a new provider and my whole visit was outstanding! Nicole took her time to listen thoughtfully and ask all the right questions while bearing with me as I went off on various tangents. She was understanding and helpful with my concerns and I left with an achievable plan. The rest of the staff was helpful and considerate, as well. Highly recommend anyone in need seek out care and compassion at Blooming Cactus!!!
She is a wonderful provider and I can judge this because I have been a nurse for 50 years.

Blooming Cactus is a fantastic practice!!The entire staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. I have had two facials with Mikayla which were very relaxing and made my skin feel so refreshed. I also had my first micro needling with Nicole today and she was amazing. She went over what she was doing, the benefits and aftercare. I will most definitely be going back and highly recommend Blooming Cactus.
Updated review: After 3 incredible years with Nicole Rivera as my primary care provider I can honestly say she has saved my physical and mental health on multiple occasions. Nicole and her team have been an integral part of my recovery and I highly recommend blooming cactus to anyone, but especially if you need continuing care for a substance use disorder.
