We went there on a Sunday around 5 pm and it was OPEN! The owner was very kind and she did manage our budget very well.
Highly recommend Blooming Buds florist! Staff are friendly, fulfill custom orders on the same day, and do a beautiful job. Lots of variety in this arrangement!
