I cannot express the gratitude I have to Blooming Blossoms--I am a fellow florist from Massachusetts, and was in Providence setting up a wedding. We had an unexpected floral emergency during set-up, and I truly had no idea what we were going to do to fix the situation. Time was running out, and the ceremony was going to start. I received an arrangement that appeared to be damaged during delivery. Hannah responded immediately via email and insisted on sending a replacement which was beautiful! I was very pleased with the excellent customer service and my final delivery was perfect.

The Blooming Blossoms team absolutely exceeded my expectations! It took me a couple iterations to figure out exactly what I wanted and everyone on the team (Hannah, Achelle, and Pam) let me make changes throughout the process and were so flexible. They are very affordable and aren't the type of florist to have hidden fees or add crazy costs down the line, like so many other vendors. I felt heard and taken care of. I've been in a few times. I like to support local businesses and I live nearby. I spend quite a bit on plants as I'm a bit of a collector. Unfortunately, I find the owner? manager? woman with the abrasive tone and sunglasses pretty off putting. I have no desire to return.
