I have mixed reviews. My first visit was wonderful! After my first visit, each appointment has gone down hill. One visit, we were stuck waiting outside the building for 20 minutes due to the after hour appointment. No one would answer the phone. My next visit, the appointment ahead ran 25 minutes into my appointment. I was then greeted with a rude technician that rushed our appointment. I am not someone who leaves negative reviews, but I'm really upset at this point with my experiences here. I came in originally for a gender reveal package in August. The first tech could not get a clear image and asked for us to come back, which was fine. The second tech, same thing. Could not tell well enough to say for sure. She said we could do a blood test instead, but that we would be expected to pay the full price for that despite not getting even a decent ultrasound picture out of the money we'd already spent, so we ... read more

They take their time with you and even offer ways to move your baby if they can’t see ur baby clearly. She took her time to scan me and get the right photos. Would 100% recommend the platinum package!

Did the sneak peek gender test at 14 weeks and did the heartbeat bear as well had an amazing experience, and had good ultrasound pictures .
