I ordered flowers from this shop and provided a reference photo of the arrangement I wanted. The shop confirmed they could make it the same as the picture, but the flowers I received looked very different. The flowers were also slightly wilted and didn’t look fresh. When the owner heard it was for a holiday order, they said each flower would cost an extra $10. Their flower bunches are so pretty, I often visit this place for pot plants to decorate shop and home, and buy flowers for birthdays.
Thank you to the lovely lady who arranged the most beautiful bouquet of flowers for me today. So sorry I should of asked her name. As I am visiting from Adelaide it was only by chance I called in. I will be ordering flowers again for any other occasions from Bloomin Boxes.
Easy to order but the actual flowers delivered were nothing like the picture on the website. Overpriced and will not be ordering from them again. Tried emailing for customer service and no response. Avoid this company. Following up to say that I was offered a full refund by the company for the mixup.
