Fast response, polite knowledgeable sales/measurement guy (Chris) and good follow-up. My shutters look great.
Chris was efficient and thorough. It was a pleasure having someone well trained and professional.
My Tech was Chris. He did a fantastic job. Very respectful, professionally dressed and spoke clearly so that I could understand the repairs he was doing. I definitely will recommend Bloomin' Blinds of Columbia to my family and friends.
When I called to schedule the appointment, I asked if he would come and measure and the woman on the phone said no he will measure and have everything with him. Turns out that was incorrect information. He measured picked up a check and will be back in 2 to 4 weeks.
Always great to deal with.
