Difficult getting a technician scheduled to come out and look at my window blinds that needed to be restrung. I finally got an appointment scheduled, but the technician never showed up. After rescheduling, the technician was there for less than five minutes and simply told me the blinds could not be restrung and would need to be completely replaced. They repaired Tech came out documented, tilt rods, and levers that needed to be repaired or replaced, he said he would be in touch with a quote. Never heard back called in to the office once and to the main number where I got a call Center person that took notes and said they would submit it to the office. Still never heard back from anyone.

I schedule an appointment to fix a motorized blind. When the tech arrived he said that the blind was too long for him to handle without a second tech. He said that the office would schedule a return visit to repair the blind. I confirmed that the company could do the job, because I was worried about the sunlight ruining my new wood floors. The office never reached out to me, and I called multiple times trying to schedule and calls just went to voicemail.
