I ordered an arrangement for my stepfathers funeral through a third party site(sympathy flowers). I paid over $145 for a basket of plants. The basket was cheap and tiny. It was quite honestly, embarrassing. They also misspelled my name on the card. Just a really bad experience. I would never recommend this place. The arrangement looked like it cost under $20

It's easy for a business to "look good" when an order runs smoothly...... However, it's how a business handles an order which has an issue that determines their level of professionalism and interest to make the customer happy. Bloomfields in Amsterdam demonstrated unprofessionalism and zero interest to accommodate a paying customer. Today is Wednesday.
