We received a gorgeous sympathy arrangement which lasted 10 days! It was perfect, all white roses and a great variety of others including hydrangeas and lilies.
I ordered what I thought would be a beautiful floral arrangement for my Dad's funeral. The arrangement looked nothing like the website. It was missing the banner that said Beloved Dad and Papa. Sad!!!
I ordered flowers for my aunt, but she never received them. I assume someone may have stolen them. I wish I had been offered a refund or a replacement. Lesson learned I won’t be ordering from a local floral shop again. Next time, I’ll buy them from a store and deliver them myself.
Bad experience!!! Embarrassing actually when the order was a gift!!! My friend's husband died and she and her son's order was never delivered!!!!!!
