I ordered flowers for my aunt, but she never received them. I assume someone may have stolen them. I wish I had been offered a refund or a replacement. Lesson learned I won’t be ordering from a local floral shop again. Next time, I’ll buy them from a store and deliver them myself.
Bad experience!!! Embarrassing actually when the order was a gift!!! My friend's husband died and she and her son's order was never delivered!!!!!!
I ordered an arrangement for my stepfathers funeral through a third party site(sympathy flowers). I paid over $145 for a basket of plants. The basket was cheap and tiny. It was quite honestly, embarrassing. They also misspelled my name on the card. Just a really bad experience. I would never recommend this place. The arrangement looked like it cost under $20
