THEY HAVE ROACHES!!! Living here for 7 months current resident until next week. So far I've had to contact maintenance on 4 SEPARATE TIMES at the minimum for the bug problem. I had baby roaches coming through my bedroom carpet, front office thought it was no big deal. As of today 05/24/24 my central air has been out for a week and I'm still waiting!
Garbage and lies Lies: no dishwashers, no recycling, no manger on-site, “luxury amenities.” These buildings are old and falling apart and good luck getting anyone to call you back about any concerns.
Reception Ignoring customers calls Just get inside the leasing office after several calls trying to reach them, so I drove there and enter the leasing office to find the receptionist or person who responded for answering people calls was chatting over the office phone!!! They open @ 9 am so they supposed to be ready for work not wasting time over the phone!
A Wonderful Place to Call Home I have lived in Bloomfield Square Apartments for a few months now and I have had a great experience so far. The staff is excellent. They are always very nice and helpful. The maintenance team has also been awesome. They respond to matters quickly and fix any issues the first time around. The apartment complex is quiet, the neighbors are friendly and I feel very safe here. The apartments are well kept and they have some new, upgraded units. I have an upgraded unit and love it! Wonderful Area, friendly staff, nice size I currently live in the Bloomfield Square Apartments in Auburn Hills. I have a 2 bedroom 1.5 Baths and it is really nice. Harwood floors in the dining area, kitchen and entrance hall. The staff is very friendly. The maintenance is second to none. They are very prompt when you call for a maintenance issue. The area is quiet and the pool is nice. The rent is very reasonable and the apartment is worth the price in size. I plan on being a resident here for a very long time.
lovely perfect place for me hey people if you want to live in this area you should pick this apartments for your home it is a great price nice number of rooms and free heat and water awesome place I like it is unique and simple thank you whoever read this
