From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted with a smile by Cathy. This was my personal experience, and I feel it’s important to share. I had an extremely disappointing encounter with this doctor. I was shocked by the unprofessional and condescending remarks directed at me, over a $40 copay. I paid it immediately after it was brought to my attention, without hesitation or argument. Yet the doctor made sarcastic comments like, “I have to pay for our lights,” creating an environment that felt arrogant and dismissive. Speaking of finding a top surgeon! Dr Julio Sosa was amazing. Not only my facelift was exactly what I wanted but the process was incredible easy. I have friends that Had the same surgery and warned me of things they went through like coming back home the same day with blood in the scars and hair, not fun to have dry blood for a week.
