The office staff is horrible. The woman named Dee Dee is absolutely frightening with the way she comes at you with her very cold matter of fact answers to your questions. Then she smiles in a way that was unsettling and seemed to be sending a message to stop asking so many questions. Very Jekyll Hyde behavior. I was not impressed with her at all. From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted with a smile by Cathy. Given that I’m walking in not to have a breast augmentation but breast reconstruction you can only imagine I was a little nervous. This was my personal experience, and I feel it’s important to share. I had an extremely disappointing encounter with this doctor. I was shocked by the unprofessional and condescending remarks directed at me, over a $40 copay. I paid it immediately after it was brought to my attention, without hesitation or argument. Yet the doctor made sarcastic comments like, “I have to pay for our lights,” creating an environment that felt arrogant and dismissive.
