Chop shop. Rush job and no care or concern about actually doing a good job. Complete disregard of proper sanitation standards. Refused to clean the visible debris out of the pedicure basin from the last customer. Kept dipping and using the same wax stick for facial waxing and rude when called out about it

I hate leaving negative reviews, but I feel like people should know about how they operate. During my pedicure, the basin clearly still had visible dead skin and gunk from the previous customer. When I politely asked if it could be cleaned before my service, the staff refused and seemed irritated that I even asked. Basic sanitation between clients should be standard practice, especially with services that involve shared equipment. Don’t come here… I came and got my feet done French tip toes I showed them a picture and they still didn’t get it right, and they kept asking questions and still messed up and then didn’t even give me lotion or put lotion on my feet like?
