I started coming here when they first opened and they were great. However within the last year, multiple good nail techs have left. I was told the salon is under new management and maybe that’s why? And it doesn’t really matter anymore if you make an appointment or not. If your appointment is at 2:00 you never get taken back by then. There is always a wait and the wait just keeps getting longer (maybe because the good techs have left)?
