Horrible, horrible experience even though I have been a regular customer for several years. I will NEVER go back after the Way I was treated today by their so called “manager”. Refused to take my $100 bill (which I gave her so I could tip my therapist), never explained why or apologized. Unbelievably uncaring and rude. Then refused to give me the owners name or contact information. In general the therapists are okay but are often going fast/careless and my wife won’t go back because their polishes are poor.
