Respectful staff and nice environment.
If you are 5 minuets late for an appointment you get told to go home and you missed out on your appointment and to re book.... how is it when you book one of the first appointments of the morning, come 7 minuets early then be sitting here for 30 minutes after my original appointment time... I will be getting compensated for being late to work as I had 1 hour put aside for me to get to work and you guys have blown that out of proportion... absolutely disgusted with this place

Today was my first experience at the centre, the lovely receptionist was very helpful. My appointment was for 4pm, I arrived at 3.40pm to complete the paperwork but before I had time to complete it Dr Lees called me into surgery. He was very easy to talk to and very professional, providing me with a script also arranged for a nurse to dress my wound and X-rays. Everything including having the script filled was completed by 4.45pm when I drove out of the car park. I definitely know where I will be going to in future an amazin... read more
Dr Tim Low is fantastic. He always shows genuine care, listens intently and helps in any way he can. Highly recommended. Reception staff is lovely too.
