MICE!!!!! I saw mice and droppings within the first month of living here and the issue persisted. Management brought in exterminators more than once but nothing changed. I spoke with multiple other tenants who’ve also had mice issues. Communication from management (JCM Living) was slow and frustrating. This situation caused me a lot of stress and I would NOT recommend living here unless serious changes are made. I am a very clean person and I’ve never had mice in any place I’ve resided.
Edited - 8/12/25 The property located at 388 Belleville Ave looks good from the outside but bad on the inside! After one year I got out of there! The things that goes on within & around property & neighborhood is concerning! The woman Erin in charge of Management and Super Richard are in cahoots and lack in healthy communication skills! Cordial at first! The ole Bait & Switch! The lease offers a non- smoking drug free peaceable noise free and bug free environment! Smoke free is the primary reason I moved here! Really nice place to rent. Apartment was completely remodeled and very nice when I moved in.
They have internal issues of management and property atmosphere they need to address.
