Edited - 10/17/23 The property located at 388 Belleville Ave looks good from the outside but bad on the inside! After one year I got out of there! The things that goes on within & around property & neighborhood is concerning! The woman Erin in charge of Management and Super Richard are in cahoots and lack in healthy communication skills! I recently moved into Bloomfield Manor on 8/1/2023. Given that I have lived here only a few days, I cannot give a comprehensive review of the complex. However, I will highlight several of the positive experiences I've had thus far, and update this review at a later date. Here are a few of the positive experiences: 1. Really nice place to rent. Apartment was completely remodeled and very nice when I moved in.
They have internal issues of management and property atmosphere they need to address.
