Seems prices are too high.We visited the place today in celina, me and 2 other friends. We 3 wanted to buy the houses and the prices they are quoting is too high when compared to other builder's in the same community.
We toured a billion homes all by different builders and we kept coming back to the home built by Bloomfield. We felt so fortunate to get it! The attention to detail and craftsmanship should be the hallmarks of Bloomfield because they do things that other builders don’t or do poorly. Their floor plan just fit our lifestyle and we couldn’t be happier.
We have been comfortable with the construction and their timelines. Patrice and Channa did a great Job of the home construction . The warranty support after an year is excellent. Thanks to Greg Dougan who is responding and allotting the team to fix issues.
