We are getting ready to list our house. So we started to look at houses to decide whether to by new or one already built. We went to Jesse at Sonoma Verde. He was amazing. He sent us to Devonshire to look at a floor plan of a house we were interested in. They didn’t have it but showed us the Bellflower floor plan. We fell in love. Jesse told us he didn’t have that floor plan because lots were too small. He did refer us to Terracina.
