I purchased a new home in 2023 and up until now the warranty service has been good. The home is of good quality for a standard home. The floor plans are well designed. However, I recently discovered a gaping hole in my backyard at the corner of the fence line. My concern is that this builder may have cut corners building on unstable land that they knew butted up to a highly erosive retaining pond. Not very friendly or conscious of present residents. Left trash and straps during building. Nails,rocks and beer cans. Do not call about care about the neighborhood they build in. Staff is unfriendly and unpleasant.
