These guys are great while they’re selling you a house but once the deal is closed your on your own. I have filed several warranty claims. NONE have been fixed. There was no internet for the first couple months which when you work from home makes it hard to pay your mortgage. Make sure when your house is built that it’s complete. I pay the HOA every month but I can’t get keys to the amenities that I pay for and the HOA refuses to answer my calls or emails. There are a lot of home builders here in the DFW metroplex. Low quality of building. The wall get chirping when small kids run and hit on the wall. Poor quality.
Avoid this company they have hidden fee with HOA and they don’t tell the truth upfront and the Next year they increase rate without notice dramatically
Great builder, awesome community and amazing amneties.
