Easy one star. I usually don't go out my way to do a review. If you're on the edge or considering Bloomfield in this neighborhood, hopefully I can sway you away to save you money and time. Chris Simmons as a person is awesome and great, but when it comes to business.. He is not a man of his word as he says he is. So glad we made this decision to come and visit this bloomfield community. At first, we were not sure what to expect from our past experience with other bloomfield community. But Chris changed everything! He really cares about the people. And especially with new buyers like us, he guided us in each and every minute aspect when it comes to buying house. He is indeed a good manager and Bloomfield is lucky to have him. We are looking forward to move in ASAP.
