I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I provided $5,000 in earnest money, but due to disagreements between my realtor and broker, my broker (Jennifer) pulled the loan. As a result, I lost my earnest money. I was told I could get the money back, but when I asked about it, I was constantly redirected and never received a straight answer. Very nice homes and salesmen.
The Associates are very personable and knowledgeable. These are well-built homes and this home builder is able to tailor the home to your needs and desires. We looked at numerous Builders before choosing Bloomfield and have not been sorry. Also, the contract price is the price...no unexpected increases along the way. The picture is the Dogwood model we built.
My clients visited multiple builders and once we pulled up to Devonshire they knew this was their new home. The sales person Steve was absolutely incredible and they were able to find their dream home and close in three weeks.
