Although the homes are beautiful, the sales person has an ugly and dismissive personality. We came to her hoping to find our new home and community, as well as, to see if there was a preferred lender and realtor to make the home buying process easier. Instead of answering my questions, providing resources, and honestly just being nice, she was dismissive and rude. She never followed up, despite providing our contact information twice. We love our home, BUT. . . This community is a giant pond! Even with a well kept yard, you are up against some major ponding and water issues on your property. It is nasty, there is green fungus around the entire community, water stands for days, sometimes weeks, and the roads are constantly seeping liquid from who knows where. This is not ideal for such a beautiful layout for a home base. The community also needs speed signage immediately! If you have kids and move here, beware that the roads are treated like a racetrack.
