We love our home, BUT. . . This community is a giant pond! Even with a well kept yard, you are up against some major ponding and water issues on your property. It is nasty, there is green fungus around the entire community, water stands for days, sometimes weeks, and the roads are constantly seeping liquid from who knows where. This is not ideal for such a beautiful layout for a home base. The community also needs speed signage immediately! If you have kids and move here, beware that the roads are treated like a racetrack.
