Horrible experience here. It takes three weeks for my glasses to be done and it still isn't done. I recommend no one to come here.
I called last week for a appointment for my 81 year old mother. They made me appointment for the following week. So we bring my mother from out of town. Today they call me to cancel appointment for tomorrow because of her not having correct insurance. I told the lady Leona that set up the appointment, that that would have been nice to know before we brought her from out of town for this appointment. She say, " I in training". I asked if there is anyone else I can speak to, of course she says no. I ask if they have a web site... read more
