The staff is very attentive and friendly, the office is very clean and pleasant, and Dr. Kassab is very attentive, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She listens, asks questions, and explains her diagnosis and recommendation for treatment. Dr. Kassab is amazing and very understanding! She took the time to answer all of my questions and clearly explained what to expect from each procedure and follow up appointment. I never felt rushed, and she made sure I was comfortable and confident with every step of my care. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness truly stood out, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate doctor.
Scheduled a new patient appointment arrived early as requested nowhere on any signs in the building does it say Bloomfield family foot care I finally find it am handed a tablet and have my cards taken then am completely forgotten about 30 minutes later I’m finally given my cards back and am able to ask if I’m even fully checked in at hour of sitting in these horrific chairs that my feet do not touch the ground in I opened the door to the back to find ANYONE and asked them to remove me completely if I had showed up an hour la... read more
